Clearly this girl couldn’t give two shits if people see her down blouse nipples as they pass by while she gets wet at a fountain in a park somewhere. I really don’t understand why people in some countries go to public fountains to cool off but have some fucking dignity, folks. Is the heat really that unbearable you’re unable to get home so you can soak in the tub and you just have to find the nearest public fountain and get wet there even in your street clothes? Sure, it might be a cultural thing but so is sticking your hand in a glove made of bullet ants but who am I to judge, right?
