It looks like the creepy upskirt voyeur dude who took this girl’s pic got caught in the act based on how she’s looking straight into the camera. I guess everyone has their bad days, including people who take creepshots.

This also begs the question: Was she asking to be photographed, considering how she was wearing a really short skirt while sitting the way she was in public? I think that’s a different discussion for another day.
